Take 2

Great news! I was given the okay by my physical therapist to try running again. I get to run 2 minutes and walk 2 minutes for up to 30 minutes!  If I have any pain, I have to walk until it goes away.  Then, I can start the intervals again.  If I have pain a second time, I have to stop completely.  My next appointment is Wednesday morning.

I did not think taking a weekend off from running would be so hard.  But, by Sunday evening, I was climbing the walls. So, tomorrow morning I will venture outside for my interval run.  Fingers crossed!!!
